my dog is great with rubbing around in his mouth. He is a puppy and his teeth are just coming in good so this is a great item to get those little teeth cleaned and he enjoys the process. I set up to get this item every 6 weeks so we can keep getting those teeth clean. Having fun with this one.

Worked like a charm

We were really worried about the tartar build up and the yellowing of our dog's teeth , He's a Shepherd Boxer mix and a heavy chewer , still his teeth were yellowing.He hardly eats any wet food, but still. The vet suggested ( will keep them unidentified here, as we still like them but for this one recommendation) , that we do a deep cleaning, but for that he has to go in for an evaluation and would be under anesthesia, which also means big money , wanted to try this out as a last resort before biting the bullet , and thank God , did it help.... its a night and day difference.I will post some pics after about a couple weeks to show the real difference, WE really really LOVE this product and arm & hammer is really proving to be a trusted brand after all we wash our clothes only with the same brand available in Costco.Thanks Arm & Hammer !!

My puppy loves it

I use only a little bit for my teacup Yorkie. He loves the flavor and it breaks down and remove tarter and stains.

Horrible - My Cats Hate It

My cats both hated the smell. One ran away from it, the other made a face like "Yuck, this smells awful". Didn't smell like tuna. My friend said it smells like old stale dog food. Very disappointed. Wish I could get my money back!!!

NOT FOR SENSITIVE STOMACHS!

My dogs had diarrhoea for two weeks ,could not think of anything as I hadn't changed there diet,then after two weeks of terrible diarrhoea twice a day and obvious pain,I realised the only thing left to try was this new toothpaste I had bought.Took them off of it and straight away diarrhoea no more! ...I cannot believe something as simple as a new toothpaste can make dogs so ill.. so definitely NOT suitable for sensitive stomachs ..

High expectations, not so sure!

Our dog loves the taste so this has definitely made brush time easier, but as for how well it cleans? On the fence! She’s always had pretty good teeth but noticed due to a change in wet food she’s had more build up of tartar as of late. Saw incredible results on the reviews so didn’t mind paying a little more for this product however I can’t say it’s done much (if anything) despite using twice a day. Hoping given another month or so we’ll see better results but not holding my breath!

It is good only if your cat allows you

My cat showed interest to the flavor. But when I tried it, he protested and then he vomited. He started to bring out froth, that was scary, so I shall not use it again, I had to cancel the subscription. So, it is OK if your cat allows you to use it. First try, then subscribe.

Good doggy toothpaste

This is good toothpaste at a reasonable price. This definitely lists protease enzymes in the ingredients and that is what we need to keep breath from smelling nasty and for stopping brown plaque from building up. Would recommend this as the dogs seem to quite like it and it does a good job.

Easier than a tube - but more prone to accidents.... I gave full stars since the toothpaste is the same and I like it for my dogs - but the five stars flavour is because one of the dogs likes to lick it - I didn't try it myself!
